- Deed of Advancement – to give assets to a beneficiary earlier than initially planned
- Deed of Disclaimer – to allow a beneficiary to give up their right to any inheritance
- Deed of Assignment – to transfer the beneficial ownership of property to another party
- Deed/Notice of Severance – to change the ownership of a property from joint tenants to tenants in common.
